This site is a project dedicated to sharing my creative output and various projects in a meaningful way with the world less mediated by corporate platforms. If you feel like trying to delve deeper feel free to read on.
Who am I ?
That is a question we all have to ask ourselves. I could easily provide a quick summary of various demographic data points regarding the life form I call myself. But that would just provide a baseline for you to interpret me based upon whatever preconceptions you have about what you think about people who share the same physical traits and geographical upbringing. Conversely I could make up a bunch of random false information or self-aggrandizing propaganda but that wouldn't be very fun. I'm going to try to avoid this for now and just focus on the content that I hope to share with whomever I happen to share this site with or stumbles upon it once it is released into the massive data surveillance network we call the Internet.
What do I do ?
This is the question I find more interesting to answer, especially since I find my sense of identity to be less important than the world we create together as community orientated beings. So here's a short list.
- Photography & Art (Digital collages & AI)
- Writing (fiction & creative non-fiction)
- Audio (radio collages, interviews, music)
- Community - not the focus of a vainglorious experiment such as this personal home page but most of what I've done the last several decades has been collaborative without much focus on my individual ego driven expression
- Theater - Improv and experimental theater are something I love and have just been able to fully explore with other humans in a wonderful community called The Nest
- Technology - something we highly evolved primates, various corvids and other curious living creatures find indispensable but mostly computers
- Games - video games, table-top rpgs, board games, card games, whatever
- Parenting - not really the focus of this site at the moment but I've been a part-time parent for quite some time and it certainly takes up a lot of time and provides infinite amounts of joy and at times frustration
- Meditation, Magick, Yoga & Neo-Pagan Discordian Nature Based Spirituality
Why ?
To quote the slogan of the bar which played a pivotal role in my coming into existence in this particular configuration of DNA & experiential energy "Why not ?"
